End of Service (EOS)
The End-of-Service (EOS) policy signifies the formal discontinuation of Dusk Network services. Upon service shutdown or discontinuation, users will no longer have access to their plans or associated features.
Return Policy
All purchases made through Dusk Network are final and non-refundable. We advise users to thoroughly review their options before making a purchase. For any inquiries or clarifications prior to purchase, our support team is available to assist.
Terms of Service Agreement
By using Dusk Network services, users agree to comply with our outlined terms. These terms may be updated at our discretion, and non-compliance may lead to service termination. Decisions made by Dusk Network staff are final, though users have the option to appeal. However, reversals of decisions are not guaranteed.
Account Sharing
One person per account. Accounts found being accessed by multiple individuals will be permanently banned without notice or refund.
Service Changes
Dusk reserves the right to change pricing, method availability, or feature scope at any time. Active plans remain honoured at the rate they were purchased.

Allowed Use
Dusk Network is a stress-testing platform for use against infrastructure you own or have explicit written authorisation to test. By using the service you confirm this is the case.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Dusk Network is committed to providing reliable and uninterrupted service. Downtime is defined as any period longer than 12 hours during which services are inaccessible. Compensation is provided as follows:
